General Specifications:
The work includes furnishing all materials and devices required in conjunction with the installation of the RoofTop Hatch Safety Guard-Rail.

Materials:
Pipe 15/8" OD A53 Grade B seamed galvanized steel. Zinc plated 3/16" ASTM proof coil chain, hoops, rings, nuts, bolts, and washers, as required. Railing Clamps RoofTop Accessories model numbers RTA 02, 03, 31, 32, 34 and 40G, or as required.

Installation:
Field customized to fit existing conditions or as specified herein.
Set curb framing gasket around roof opening, tighten to fit curb.
Add the four corner posts into receiver and bolt frame.
Install cross rails into preset clamps and level adjust as required.
Add chain or gate as specified by manufacturer.

Warranty:
RoofTop Accessories shall provide a full system material warranty necessary to cover all cost of repair and/or replacement of all components of the systems against defects in manufacturing for the period of seven (7) years. Warranty will not include Acts of God, vandalism, neglect, metal finish, or improper installation.
